The purpose of this Salary Review Policy is to assist the company to assess and determine salary increases as part of the annual salary review process.
Salary changes are usually discussed after the employee’s Annual Performance Review has been conducted.
This Salary Review policy also provides guidance on the process to be followed when reviewing a salary and documenting a review.
