Employee’s may choose from a number of benefits to suit them but the Salary Sacrifice arrangement is made on the basis that the company does not incur any additional costs (other than nominal administrative).
This template outlines the policy and the breakdown of what the employee’s remuneration plus other conditions or exceptions.
