This Working from Home policy provides a framework to demonstrate the support available and conditions required for employees to work from home. A home-based work arrangement can be a voluntary and cooperative arrangement between the employee and the company, which could either be for a short term or permanent arrangement; or a requirement of the role where the employee would work permanently from their home.
