This guide and accompanying documents have been designed to assist you in managing through this process whist remaining compliant to the Fair Work Act requirements.

This template can be used to agree a reduction in work hours with your employee. It also includes a step by step process to conduct this discussion and gain agreement.
Stand Down Letter Template
The template can be used to notify your staff that you are implementing a stand down. It also includes information regarding what constitute a circumstance where you can implement a stand down, and then how to conduct this process with your staff.
Redundancy Letter Template
The template can be used to implement a redundancy. It also includes information regarding what constitute a circumstance where you can implement a redundancy, and then how to conduct this process with your staff.
JobKeeper Confirmation Letter Template
You can use this template to confirm to your employee that they have been nominated for the JobKeeper scheme, and the conditions under which it is to be provided. When completed this form should be kept with payroll records. This completed form should be kept in the employee’s personal file.
